E D Emmanuel Homes was founded by Eloise M. Dowtin, a Registered Nurse, who devotes her life to caring for the needs of others. The name Emmanuel can be found in the bible, Matthew 1:23 and it is interpreted as "God with Us". Truly God has been with us through out the development of these homes and we thank HIM every day for the goodness and mercy.

The Emmanuel Home strives to reaffirm the worth and dignity of all individuals that we serve. The Emmanuel Home solicits participation from community based programs and agencies to assist with securing resources for active rehabilitation.

Our process involves a personal interview to assess the customers desired needs, resource consultation, materials sourcing and implementation, all with a flexible schedule to meet your needs.
